To use Thinkii, you must be at least 13 years old. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (which is 18 in Ontario and most of Canada), you may only use our Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without proper consent, we will promptly delete it. Thinkii is not designed for or marketed to children.
- Users log in to the app using their Apple or Google accounts. Separate account creation outside of these platforms is not permitted.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
When using Thinkii, you agree NOT to:- Violate any local, provincial, national, or international laws.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Thinkii or third parties.
- Post or transmit harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or accessibility of our Service.
- Engage in unauthorized data scraping, mining, or automated access of our Service.
- Thinkii allows users to create and store personal task information and notes within the app.
- You retain ownership of any content you create using Thinkii. However, by using the Service, you grant Thinkii a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform’s content without prior written consent.
- Thinkii does not make user-generated content publicly available. Users may choose to share their content externally at their discretion.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with external platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Google Calendar). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You acknowledge and agree that Thinkii shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.We use Google Cloud services (including Firebase and BigQuery) to store and analyze data in order to provide, maintain, and improve our app. These services act as our data processors and do not use your personal information for their own purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Thinkii provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
We do not warrant that our Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkii and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thinkii, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

- We discontinue the Service for any reason.We may take immediate action without notice if necessary. Upon termination, your right to use Thinkii will cease, and we may delete any associated data.
All features and services provided through Thinkii are currently free. In the future, we may offer paid features or subscription tiers. Any such changes will be governed by updated terms and pricing disclosed at that time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or your use of the Service through good faith negotiations with Thinkii. You must send a written notice of the dispute to us via email and allow us 30 days to respond and attempt to resolve the issue informally.Arbitration Agreement (Optional Alternative to Court)
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, and if both parties agree, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). This process is designed to be faster and more cost-effective than traditional court proceedings. Each party will bear their own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
