To use Thinkii, you must be at least 13 years old. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (which is 18 in Ontario and most of Canada), you may only use our Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without proper consent, we will promptly delete it. Thinkii is not designed for or marketed to children.

4. User Accounts and Security

- Users log in to the app through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In only.
- Separate account creation outside of these platforms is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
- Thinkii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise security.If you use Google Sign-In, you may revoke Thinkii’s access to your account at any time by visiting your Google Account → Security → “Third-party apps with account access.”

5. Acceptable Use

When using Thinkii, you agree NOT to:- Violate any local, provincial, national, or international laws.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Thinkii or others.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Service or connected networks.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data or content from Thinkii.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of the content (tasks, notes, checklists, etc.) you create within Thinkii.
- By using the Service, you grant Thinkii a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the app.
- Thinkii does not make your content publicly accessible and will never sell or distribute it without your consent.
- All Thinkii branding, software, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Thinkii Inc.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Thinkii integrates with several trusted third-party services to deliver its features, including Apple, Google, Firebase, and GetLaunchList.
Use of these integrations is governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies.Google Authentication
Thinkii uses Google Sign-In with Firebase Authentication to let users create and manage accounts. This process requests only the email and profile scopes. Thinkii does not access your password, Gmail, or any other personal Google data.You may revoke Thinkii’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.Google Calendar (Optional)
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Thinkii will request an additional optional OAuth scope:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonlyThis access is read-only and used only to display your existing calendar events in-app for planning purposes. Thinkii does not modify, delete, or store your calendar data.Firebase & Google Cloud
Thinkii uses Firebase and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to store, secure, and process app data.
All data remains encrypted in transit and at rest, and these providers act as data processors bound by confidentiality and security agreements.By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by these services solely for the operation and improvement of Thinkii.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Service.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkii and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Thinkii is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, data, or device.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thinkii, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:- Your use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Thinkii at any time if:- You violate these Terms.
- Your actions create risk, harm, or legal exposure for us or others.
- We discontinue the Service for any reason.We may take immediate action without notice if necessary. Upon termination, your right to use Thinkii will cease, and we may delete any associated data.

11. Payment and Subscriptions

All Thinkii features are currently free.
We may introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. Any such changes will include clear pricing, updated Terms, and notice to users before payment is required.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.Informal Resolution

and allowing 30 days for response.Optional Arbitration
If both parties agree, unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

13. Compliance with Google API Policies

Thinkii’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.We request only the minimum data necessary for account creation or optional calendar viewing, and we do not use Google data for advertising, analytics, or marketing.
